DOMESTIC AIRLINE TICKETS:
There are five mainstream airlines serving domestic air travellers in Thailand. They are; Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways, Orient Thai (One to Go), Nok Air, and Air Asia.  The latter three are low cost, no frills carriers, who have arrived on the scene over the last three years or so. Thai Airways have flights to and from Bangkok almost hourly each day while the others have two or three flights each. Scheduled flights for all airlines, change between high and low seasons. INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE TICKETS:
We sell tickets for all mainstream airline companies that depart from the international airports in Thailand. Of course most international flights depart from the new Suvanabhumi Airport in Bangkok. Silk Air (Singapore) and Malaysian Airlines have regular flights in and out of Phuket. Tiger airways, a budget carrier, has some flights also. During High season, Thai Airways schedule some international flights and  quite a few charter flights are direct to the Island. (back)

RECONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS:
Make sure that you bring your ticket with you and that it you bring it to the office during work hours. We are usually open from 9am to 9pm. Airline Offices however, are only available between 9am and 5pm at best. (back)

CHANGE OF FLIGHT SCHEDULES:
Depending on the conditions on your ticket, we can change your schedule no matter what airline you are flying with. Unfortunately, we often get people who wish to stay on Phuket longer but their ticket schedule is fixed. This often occurs with special promotion tickets or economy tickets. Some other tickets can be changed but only for a substantial amount of money. My advice is that you be willing to pay a little more and enjoy the advantages of a more flexible ticket and a more stress free holiday. If you wish to change your schedule, ensure that you bring your ticket along with you. (back)

AIRPORT / HOTEL TRANSFERS:
You have your choice of mini-bus, airport limousine service (Toyota Camry), or metered taxi.
A mini-bus should cost about 150 baht from the airport to Patong Beach and 200 baht from Patong Beach to the airport. A Limousine costs around 550 - 600 baht. A metered taxi costs around 500 - 600 baht. Remember that you'll have to share the mini-bus and you should beware on the airport to Patong leg, as some of them call in at a travel agency where they try to sell you tours and accommodation. If you've had a long trip and just want to get to your accommodation, do yourself a favour and take a car. (back)
