OUR PICTURE GALLERIES There is never a shortage of photographic opportunities on Phuket, or anywhere in Thailand for that matter. Every now and hen I get lucky and secure, what I consider to be, an excellent shot. Over the years that I have been here, I have managed to collect quite a few photographs and I hope that you enjoy browsing through them as much as I enjoyed taking them. While the majority of the pictures on this website are my own. I have been given permission to use some glorious photos taken by my good friend John Hart, a frequent and welcome visitor to Thailand. Thai people celebrate quite a few religious and cultural festivals during the year. Some visitors to the country are fortunate to be here at the right time and take home great memories of amazing and beautiful celebrations of Thai culture. Many people, aware of these wonderful cultural events, travel to Thailand especially to witness, and in many cases to participate in these celebrations. I have listed these special events in no particular order. I have taken so many photos that I have built a few more different galleries for your enjoyment. Please be careful when viewing the photographs from Phuket Vegetarian Festival. While self mutilation is a fundamental part of the festival on Phuket, some people may find some of the photographs a little graphic.
