We have our own small
apartment building in Nanai Road, Patong Beach. We only have three
single rooms, studio apartments I believe they're called, and a one
bedroom apartment. All rooms are air conditioned, have en-suite,
refrigerator and cable
TV. We service the apartments once per week.
You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, or you can walk about 100 metres to the housing estate and pay them 50 Baht to use their pool all day. It's a fifteen - twenty minute walk to Bangla Road and perhaps much longer to walk back. The new Jungceylon Shopping Centre is a ten minute walk away. and there's plenty of restaurants and refreshment stations in the vicinity. While we prefer to rent long term, if you want some budget accommodation, give us a yell and we'll consider all inquiries. We may be able to suggest an alternative. Our prices are very reasonable and are inclusive of all utility costs. Prices are as follows: Low Season-1st May - 31st October Two Room Apartment - 800 Baht per night - 9,000 Baht per Month Balcony Rooms - 400 Baht per night - 8,000 Baht per Month Back Room - 300Baht per night - 7000 Baht per Month
High Season - 1st November - 30th April Two Room Apartment - 1000 Baht per night - 11,000 Baht per Month Balcony Rooms - 600 baht per night - 9,500 Baht per Month Back Room - 500 baht per night - 8,500 Baht per Month
